Main objective

The objective of this survey is to study many determinants of discontinuation of an organised sports activity in French adolescents, in order to determine the distal and proximal factors of the discontinuation.

Inclusion criteria

Subjects practising one of the following sports in a club: football, basketball, handball, rugby, skiing, judo, gymnastics, horse riding, cycling, climbing, tennis and table tennis. For athletes who have stopped:
- stopped a year ago.

Main objective

To evaluate the change in self-reported personal, professional and social disability in patients with anxious or mood disorders three months after initiating antidepressant treatment.

Inclusion criteria

Patient of at least 18 years of age
Patient having at least one of the 5 following diagnoses:
major depressive episode (i.e. characterized)
Generalized anxiety disorder
Social anxiety disorder
Panic disorder with or without agoraphobia
Obsessive compulsive disorders
Patient initiating a new treatment with an antidepressant
Patient being able to communicate and to evaluate his quality of life
Patient having received written information on the use of the medical data concerning himself within the framework of the study.

To provide a snapshot of the attitudes and behaviours of young French people attending or not attending school with regards to alcohol and associated risks. The use of repeated cross-sectional survey methodology also allows for a better understanding of consumption trends over time.

Inclusion criteria

- between 13 to 20 years old for the 1996 and 2003 surveys and 13 to 24 years old for the 2007 survey.
- young people living in a household, outside an institution, whatever their circumstances (living with parents or not, active or not, etc.).
- living in metropolitan France excluding Corsica.
